This coffee comes from La Limonar, produced by the Martinez family and has been in the family for three generations. Growing coffee has always been a family endeavor and the hope is that it will be this way for many years to come.  Ramiro works really hard to ensure that the farm and the coffee trees are taken care of properly, seeking out the best quality coffee that he can produce. La Limonar is in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, located in the community of Aldea Niya sitting between 1600 and 1700 MASL. The Martinez family grow multiple varieties on the farm, but do not have any additional crops growing on the farm, as their sole focus is on coffee production. Ramiro says, “coffee production is not an easy job, it is an arduous job that requires a lot of time and people. We always seek to find incentives to motivate the next generation to carry on with the business”.

This lot holds true to the classic Guatemalan flavour profile, warm and comforting, and we are really pleased to offer Ramiros coffee to you.
