This coffee comes from Kotowa Farm in Panama. Kotowa comes from the Indigenous word for mountains which adorn Boquete including the Baru Volcano.
The Koyners have produced coffee in Panama for many generations. A fascination with coffee must run in their genes as both Ricardo and his daughter, Victoria, are constantly studying and experimenting. They are continually looking ahead to where bothe climate and coffee discoveries might be leading the industry. This natural gesha lot was so small that it is actually a blend of our favourite two geshas, #87 and #88.
